Jeffrey “Jeff” Bell II is of-counsel for Stephens Reed & Armstrong, PLLC. His practice focuses on representing those who have been injured by catastrophic accidents or medical malpractice.
Jeffrey has spent the majority of his career litigating on behalf of his clients in cases involving trucking accidents, slip & falls, home insurance claims, and medical malpractice. In addition to representing those clients who have been injured, Jeffery has extensive experience defending some of the world’s largest insurance companies against claims and cases brought against them, including gaining valuable experience in Hurricane Harvey litigation. This wealth of experience has allowed Jeffery to evaluate injury claims from an insurance company’s perspective and to anticipate defensive strategies often employed by insurance companies.

Originally from Orlando, Florida, Jeffrey is an “Army Brat” who resided in various cities growing up. However, Houston, Texas became home when Jeffrey decided to attend Texas Southern University on a football scholarship. Jeffrey graduated from Texas Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He then attended Thurgood Marshall School of Law where he served on the mock trial team.
When not fighting for his clients, Jeffrey likes to fight off bad health decisions at his local CrossFit gym. Jeffrey is also an avid Miami Dolphins fan and a voracious reader of books. His favorite – “Never Eat Alone” by Keith Ferrazzi.
