Legal Experience
Courtney concentrates her practice on construction litigation, complex commercial litigation, and general business disputes. Courtney joins the construction and commercial litigation practice group at the firm. She litigates and arbitrates on behalf of contractors and public & private owners on a wide range of construction projects. She is passionate about advocating for her clients and believes in effectively communicating to foster long-term relationships. In addition to litigation, Courtney is also a certified mediator and has worked with clients through alternative dispute resolution and informal settlement negotiations.
