Courtney joins SRA in 2022 with experience as an In-House and General Counsel attorney for Central Texas school districts and has served the educational community in a legal capacity for seven years. As In-House Counsel she enforced the expectations of professional standards, ethics, and industrial relations in a corporate setting.

Courtney practices in all areas of civil litigation, with a focus on residential real estate matters, contractual disputes, and employment matters. She has represented both businesses and individuals. She has vast experience in settling legal disputes in litigation and mediation in state court. Her mediation skills have allowed her to successfully resolve matters between businesses, individuals, and regulatory bodies.
